According to the legislation every residential building designed after 2020 shall have the energy efficiency class “A”. We are no exception. To do this, we install solar panels on the roof of the building, insulate the walls with modern insulation, i.e. PIR 180 mm. Each apartment has a separate ventilation unit with energy recovery, and the windows are made of wood and covered with aluminum lining on the outside.
